We aim to ship orders placed before [??:??] on the same day. Orders placed after [??:??] will be shipped on the next business day.
Right of Complaint (Warranty):
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty is provided. This warranty covers defects in materials, deviations from design, and/or manufacturing faults.
You may have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. Each case is assessed individually.
The warranty does not cover errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. Incorrect handling includes, for example, improper storage or misuse of the product contrary to its intended use.
Complaints must be made within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. "Reasonable time" is defined as within 14 days of receipt of the item or immediately after the defect is discovered.
If the product breaks despite proper handling, the warranty still applies.
[We will cover reasonable return shipping costs. Return must be agreed upon in advance. We do not accept parcels sent COD.]
Refunds:
If a refund is required, please provide your bank details (registration and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred.
These details can safely be shared via email or other electronic formats, as they are not considered sensitive information and will only be used to fulfill the refund.
All emails are handled solely by our employees under confidentiality agreements.
Right of Withdrawal:
You have 14 days full return right on goods purchased through our webshop, unless the purchase is for an online course, program, or similar digital product. For such digital products, the right of withdrawal is void once the purchase is confirmed and access is granted.
The 14-day period is counted from the day:
-
You receive the order.
-
You receive the last item in physical possession if the purchase includes multiple items delivered separately.
-
You receive the last batch or part, in case of delivery in several parts.
-
You receive the first item, in the case of regular delivery over a fixed period.
The customer bears return shipping costs unless a return label is included in the shipment.
You are responsible for proper packaging of returned items. Please include a copy of the order confirmation.
You are encouraged to include our Withdrawal Form to speed up the process.
Notice of withdrawal must be sent to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and the item must be returned within 14 days after that. Notification must be given via email and must clearly state that you are exercising your right of withdrawal.
If you wish to return an item, fill in the enclosed Return Form and return it to us.

You cannot withdraw from a purchase simply by refusing delivery without notifying us.
We do not accept parcels sent COD.
You bear the risk of damage to the item from the moment of delivery until we receive it.
Goods Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal:
The following item types are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
[Remove or add services relevant to your offerings.]
-
Items made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
-
Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
-
Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other goods.
-
Items where the seal has been broken.
-
Non-financial services fully performed with the consumer's explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that withdrawal rights are lost upon completion.
-
Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, initiated with the consumer's consent, acknowledging that the right of withdrawal is lost.
-
Sessions such as consulting, coaching, or therapy where at least the first 20 minutes were conducted or if the client failed to show up without 24 hours' notice.
-
Clearance items where it is clearly stated that no withdrawal right applies.
-

-
Agreements made at public auctions.
-

Condition of Returned Items:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the item's value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and function.
In other words, you may try the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been tested beyond what is described above, it will be considered used.
This means that upon withdrawal, you may receive only part of the purchase price back or none at all – depending on the product's condition and resale value.
To receive a full refund, you must try the item without actually using it.
Refunds Upon Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the amount paid.
Any loss of value you are liable for will be deducted from the refund.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (excluding extra costs due to your choice of delivery method), without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notification of your decision.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless you explicitly request otherwise.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item or documentation that it has been returned.

Complaints regarding a product or service can be submitted via the Complaint Portal to the Center for Complaint Resolution:
Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.
